The CSFF Bootblack Contest!!!
The Bootblack Contest is
to be an open contest not restricted by
either gender or geographic location. It
will be held on the date of the fair
from noon to 6pm.
The objective of the contest is to
provide a friendly environment for
bootblacks to compete in and to help
raise the profile of the Local,
National, and International Bootblack
community.
 Prizes
There will be cash and prizes for the
first,
second and third place winners. Each of
these winners will take home an engraved
plaque to commemorate their achievement
in Toronto. In addition, the first place
winner will have their name engraved on
a beautiful trophy that will be on
permanent display in the CWVBIA office.
Judges
The winners will be selected by a panel
of judges who shall observe the
contestants at work, evaluating each
contestant on their skill, technique,
artistry, knowledge, customer
relations and panel interview. Winners will be announced
after the contest on one of the Stages.
