Fair in Toronto!
The location of our Exhibitors and
Vendors Mart will be north of Wellesley
but south of Gloucester. One tent, one
table and two chairs will be available*
with each rented vendor space.
* Tents are provided for CWVBIA members
and non-profits. There is a fee
for non-members if they want a tent
provided.
LOCATION ADVANTAGES
The decision to locate all exhibitors
and vendors at the north end of the
fair, north of Wellesley, was designed
to allow access by those attending the
fair without the confusion of dealing
with the crowded streets around the
heavily concentrated extended areas of
the bars, restaurants and cafes (located
south of Wellesley) as well as the
concentration of businesses that have
expanded onto the street. Entertainment
stages are set up throughout the
designated areas to ensure a
steady flow of attendees from one end of
the fair to the other.
BECOMING A VENDOR/EXHIBITOR AT THE
FAIR
If you
are interested in becoming an exhibitor
or vendor at the fair, the
information contained in the attached
pages will outline the requirements and
costs to participate in our annual
event.
VENDOR SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION
We are offering exhibitor and vendor
space in blocks of ten foot by ten foot
increments. You may order more than one
space as required. The prices are
included on the Exhibitor Space Rental
Application Form. The price of each
rental space includes one tent, one
table and two chairs. Any other
equipment will be the responsibility of
the exhibitor. |
